The world now facing many of unprecedented changes, the most important and influential is Covid19’ appearance which not only affected on medical sector, But it directly affects all aspects of life and its main negatives: Threatening many employees’ futures with losing their jobs due to the implementation of precautionary measures and rely on electronic channels and virtual world to achieve the principle of spacing to solve the problem of crowding to limit the spread of the virus (Research problem). From here comes the role of the designer in creating responsive and interactive spaces to solve this problem and to protect these workers from losing their jobs. Through research, the role of innovative and flexible designs in overcoming this problem in administrative spaces, as one of the flexibility advantages is to ensure that the design survives disasters, crises and various environmental changes that is what will be reached through the research results.
